“Millions of calibrations over the years of this study have defined a range of values accurately corresponding to well-recognized sets of attitudes and emotions, localized by specific attractor energy fields, much as electromagnetic fields gather iron fillings. We have adopted the following classification of these energy fields so as to be easily comprehensible, as well as clinically and subjectively accurate.”

ENERGY x4

After reading the book Power vs. Force and coming to realize the full benefits of living a mindful life, it was hard to turn back around. This book shows the bodies radar for detecting negative energy through kinesiology. It’s a new beginning. I feel a mass of people right now in a completely different frame of mind they have never experienced. The energy of enlightenment is increasing and everything is coming to the surface… even Area 51. It’s time to look with a new lens.

Master your Matrix

“In the midst of movement and chaos, keep stillness inside of you.” - Deepak Chopra

Let’s flip the simulation inward. Play games with yourself: “What am I doing just because of my fear? What am I doing because of society’s standards? And what am I doing because it resonates with me?”  See, the thing is, “the powers that be” don't want us enlightened. That’s why there’s so much false advertising and fake news. I am into debunking these false realities and I am coming from a place within that shines bright. My spirit looking only to connect with the highest truth. A place of innocence and child like wonder looking to explore the depths of reality.

Body Language

“We can do more than what we think.’ It's a belief system that I have adopted and it has become my motto. There is more than meets the eye and unless you are willing to experience new things, you'll never realize your full potential.”

― Wim Hof

The Iceman taught me that breathing is one of our superpowers. In 2017 I learned about his techniques and the huge strength behind human will. There are subconscious ticks that body and mind naturally follow. Blinking, heart beating, your senses, these are subconscious actions that you ultimately do not need to think about. I feel a lot of our “superhuman” abilities (for ex: telepathy, reiki) are like seeds covered by like concrete - they’re buried so deep, we rarely know they exist unless one somehow manages to sprout up through a crack.. I believe the majority of people are dealing with their own layers of concrete which serve as blockages so deep they are numbing us from our true potential.

Hyper Awareness

The human body is the median of all that is. From microcosmic matter to the biggest planets. We meet the middle line between it all. We see a spectrum of what it is to be “conscious” and observe reality around us. Let enlightenment speak to your mind in ways that open doors for you. Free your mind. Open your mind. You are able to hack you and you are the ruler of your domain. Dominion of any space is in your hands and will. The subconscious realm is the gateway to infinity. Right inside of your gut. Your second brain which has a lot more control of your body than most realize. This is why I fast often to cleanse my gut and get closer to the super power awareness I feel inside of me.

Consistency

Right when you rise and before you go to bed are points in which I believe really impact you. You can tailor your life to work for you. Waking up earlier to get 30 minutes to 2 hours of meditation (Heart Rhythm Meditation), yoga (headstand [my favorite) or training (calisthenics, plyometrics, running) is what will keep you closer to pure light energy and help with focus immensely. There are 24 hours in one day. You work for 4 to 8 hours. Sleep for 4-8 hours. That leaves generally 8 to 16 hours. I guarantee a 10 minute start when you rise or before you sleep will add a huge step to your day. Especially if you’re upside down for 5 to 10 minutes. 10-20 minutes of headstand each morning is basically close to a cup of coffee then after a cup I’m super charged for the day.
